Her tea has been handcrafted into a blend that supports menstrual balance, hormonal balance, fertility, menopause, miscarriage, libido, fibroids, cysts, recovery from pregnancy, endometriosis, and PCOS just to name a few.
Q&A WITH JAZMINE
Let’s start with the herbs you use in your teas and how they impact overall uterine health!
All of the herbs combined in my sweet tea and my mint tea...are herbs that nurture and nourish the womb.
-Raspberry Leaf strengthens and tones the uterus and womb.
-Schizandra is said to be one of the strongest herbs that supports the sexual reproductive system. It increases moisture in the vaginal canal, heightens libido and increases sexual vitality.
-Mint reduces pain and upset stomach its anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting, protects against harmful bacteria and decreases bloating and gas
-Ashwagandha root is being one of the herbs used supports and enhances mood, offers menopausal support in reducing symptoms such as hot flashes, anxiety, and mood
-Fenugreek seed are used and are said to increases lubrication of the vaginal canal and boost libido
-Damiana an aphrodisiac that is also used to treat sexual problems improves symptoms of menopause and premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It’s an antidepressant and emotional stress reliever that also promotes digestive health by facilitating the breakdown of fats and sugars in the digestive system.
-Hibiscus is a rich, powerful antioxidant helps to prevent damage and disease caused by a buildup of free radicals.Like hibiscus cranberries are packed with antioxidants, it supports the urinary tract walls and it has anti-inflammatory effects.
What led you to creating this blend of tea?
In 2012 I had just experienced the worst moon cycle of my life and shortly after that I was diagnosed with fibroids. It was this diagnosis that drove me to seek alternative medicine to heal myself from these debilitating cramps as well as my fibroids. Thankfully I didn't have to look too far, considering at the time, I worked of a very popular Chinese Medicine company.
Out of your blend, what herbs aid specifically in endometriosis recovery?
I believe that any herb for the uterus and womb can be used to help aid your endometriosis. Herbs like Raspberry Leaf strengthen and tone the uterus. This herb tends to help slow down the process and growth of the abnormal tissue growth outside of the uterus. I often say that drinking Oh My Yoni Be... Tea is like drinking your daily vitamin for your womb. This is why it's so important to drink your tea consistently for max benefits and results.
Are there any herbs that women with endo should be cautious of?
No research has been done that shows a specific herb that shouldn't be taken for endometriosis. My advice is to research anything that you are interested in taking and specifically use search engine phrases that relate using it while having endometriosis.

I give this tea ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had just started my cycle the day it came & when I drank it I felt relief of my cramps within minutes! It even helped lighten up my flow & cut a day or so off my period! I'm just happy I found an alternative to taking Tylenol, Ibuprofen ect. Since anymore I hate taking pills! Definitely will be ordering again!
